Please note: When standard shipping is selected, tropicislepoolandspa.com determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to.
2 Day Air and Overnight shipping rates are estimated during checkout and may not be the actual charges. If you choose 2 Day Air or Overnight shipping, the charge my be plus or minus $20. You will be informed before any shipping charges are adjusted.
Shipping Timeline Monday-Friday orders: Most orders ship within 24-48 hours Friday orders: Will most likely ship same day if before 12:00 am CST Weekend orders: Usually ship within 24-48 hours of the following Monday Exceptions: From time to time some parts become out of stock, which may take 5-10 days to ship.

We do not ship any day that is observed by the Post Office and UPS. Saturday - Sunday Oversized & Hazardous Items Oversized Items Receiving your order via common carrier (truck line) If you have ordered an item that is too large for UPS & FedEx to deliver, it will arrive by a common carrier (truck line). When your order arrives, you will be asked to sign a document called the “Bill of Lading”. This is an acknowledgment that states that you have received the delivery of specific item(s) in a complete & undamaged condition. Always thoroughly inspect all item(s) for damage before you sign and the carrier leaves. If you see that there has been damage to the packaging, you must inspect the inside contents for damage. You have the right to refuse the delivery if there is damage. Once you have signed for the item(s) you assume all responsibility and charges for your order. Shipping heaters, some filters, some boxes, slides and other oversized or heavy items may cost extra. Please call us for a shipping quote on oversized items. tropicislepoolandspa.com is required to charge all applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence, which includes distribution centers, operating stores and/or new stores under construction. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state.
Gift Cards—No sales tax is charged when buying gift cards. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift card is used.
